Refund policy

When you can get your money back, how cancellations work, and how refunds are processed.

The short version

If a paid plan isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of payment and we'll refund it — no questions asked. You can cancel any time from your account, and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Free plan and trials

The Free plan costs nothing and never bills you, so there's nothing to refund. Trials are free for their full length and revert to Free if you don't choose a paid plan — you're only ever charged once you actively start a paid subscription.

Refunds on paid plans

The Pro plan (summarised on the pricing page) is billed in advance. Within 30 days of any payment, you can request a full refund of that charge for any reason by emailing us — we don't ask you to justify it.

After 30 days, we handle refund requests case by case. We'll generally refund if:

  • you were charged after cancelling and we didn't honour the cancellation;
  • you were double-billed or charged the wrong amount;
  • a sustained outage on our side stopped you using a feature you paid for.

We don't refund partial periods on a normal cancellation (see below), and we can't refund third-party costs you incurred elsewhere.

Cancellations and renewals

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing in your account — there's no email required and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops to Free. We don't pro-rate or refund the unused part of a period on a standard cancellation; instead, you keep what you paid for until it runs out.

How refunds are processed

Numirio sells through Paddle, who acts as our merchant of record and is the seller of record on your receipt. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once we approve a refund it's usually back with you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You can also start a refund directly from the receipt Paddle emailed you after purchase.

Disputed charges

If something looks wrong on a charge, please email us before opening a card dispute — we can almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback, which can take weeks and may suspend your account while it's investigated.
