Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Numirio, an invoicing service operated from Denysa Rachynskoho St., 25, Kyiv, Ukraine. "We" and "us" mean Numirio; "you" means the person or entity using the service.

You need to be at least 18 and acting as a sole-proprietor, freelancer, business owner, or authorised representative of a business. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

• Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for actions taken under your account.
• You're responsible for the content of the invoices and clients you create — the amounts, the tax claims, the descriptions, the deliverability of the addresses you send to.
• Don't share your account with people outside your business. If you need more seats, use the team plan.

Numirio offers Free and Pro plans, summarised on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle, who acts as our merchant of record and handles tax. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.

Trials are time-limited and revert to Free if you don't choose a paid plan. We refund a paid plan within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked — see our refund policy for cancellations, renewals, and how refunds are processed.

You may not use Numirio to:

• break the law in your jurisdiction or ours;
• send fraudulent invoices or impersonate other businesses;
• send unsolicited bulk email, harass clients, or use invoice emails as a marketing channel;
• attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer its protections, or probe it without prior written permission.

You own the content you put into Numirio — your clients, your invoices, your line items. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you. You can export everything as CSV and PDF at any time.

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without an uptime guarantee. We may suspend accounts for abuse, unpaid balances, or to protect the service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't permit these limits — in those cases, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that we can't resolve informally go to the courts of Kyiv.

We give 30 days' notice of material changes via the dashboard and email. Continued use of the service after the notice period means you accept the new terms.
