NewTurn a signed proposal into an invoice in one step — a deposit for part of the agreed amount, or the whole thing. Numirio keeps track of how much of the agreement you have invoiced so far, so a deposit and its remainder always add back up.

FixedUkrainian, Greek, and accented text now render properly on PDFs. Cyrillic client names and descriptions used to come out blank or as garbled characters on every downloaded invoice — they read correctly now, on invoices and proposals alike.
ImprovedAct on an invoice without opening it: right-click any row (or use the ⋯ menu) to send, duplicate, edit, mark paid, void, or archive. Marked something paid too early? You can now mark it unpaid again instead of living with it. Client rows carry the same menu.
ImprovedSettings split into Account and Workspace, so personal preferences and business details stop sharing a page. On the overview, clicking a stat now filters the list below it to those invoices.

Your language, your currency
NewNumirio now speaks four languages: English, Ukrainian, German, and Spanish. Pick yours in Settings → Appearance and it follows you to every device you sign in from — dates, numbers, and amounts included. Read more →
NewInvoice in crypto: bill in USDT, USDC, BTC, or ETH alongside the currencies you already use. Bitcoin and Ethereum amounts keep their full eight decimals instead of being rounded to cents.
NewGive each client its own invoice number prefix, with date variables like {YYYY} and {MM} that fill themselves in. Every client keeps a separate sequence, and numbering restarts cleanly at each new year.
ImprovedSort your invoice list by any column — number, client, issue date, due date, amount, or status — across every invoice you have, not just the page on screen. Archived invoices and clients can now be viewed too.
ImprovedWorking with a client who has no email address? Mark an invoice as sent by hand instead of leaving it stuck in draft, then track it through to paid like any other.
